Effective July 1, 2009 Online Orders There is no such thing as perfect internet security. Kimbrough Racing Products will take reasonable means to keep orders secure using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. You place orders through the web site at your own risk. Kimbrough Racing Products is not responsible for orders lost or delayed through server downtime. Kimbrough Racing Products shall not be held liable for delivery times. If a faster delivery service other than Ground was specified on the order form, the order will be given priority, but delays can occur. ORDERS SUBMITTED FRIDAY MORNING MAY NOT GO OUT UNTIL MONDAY AFTERNOON AT THE EARLIEST, NO MATTER HOW DELIVERY WAS REQUESTED. Kimbrough Racing Products will accept payment by credit card, check, or money order at its discretion within the U.S. or elsewhere. DO NOT SEND CASH. Make checks and money orders payable to Kimbrough Products, Inc. Pricing may change. Products may be upgraded to new forms or colors, or discontinued. ORDERS BASED ON OUTDATED INFORMATION, TYPOGRAPHIC ERRORS, OR OTHER PRICING/DESCRIPTION ERRORS, IN THE WEB SITE OR PRINTED MATERIALS, WILL BE HONORED AT THE CORRECT OR LATEST PRICE OR DESCRIPTION. Turnaround Time The normal turn-around time is 7 to 21 business days after we receive the items in question. Shipping Return shipping is at no charge, UPS ground, for items under warranty. Return shipping is $9.00 minimum for items within the U.S.A. not under warranty. Any other shipping requirements will be the responsibility of the customer. For example, if you want your product returned by one- or two-day service, you will be billed for the extra charge. Limited Warranty KIMBROUGH RACING PRODUCTS WARRANTS PRODUCTS TO BE FREE OF ANY DEFECTS IN MATERIAL OR RESULTING FROM WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF NINETY DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. Kimbrough Racing Products strongly recommends using a shipper's tracking services for items sent to Kimbrough. Kimbrough is not responsible for any packages shipped to Kimbrough that are lost in transit. |
